South Asian Refugee Watch
SOUTH ASIAN REFUGEE WATCH (SARWATCH) is a joint publication of Centre for Alternatives, Dhaka; Centre for the Study of Developing Societies, New Delhi; Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies, Colombo; Nepal Water Conservation Foundation, Kathmandu; Regional Centre for Strategic Studies, Colombo and Sustainable Development Policy Institute, Islamabad.
SAR WATCH is published twice a year from Colombo and Dhaka simultaneously, since July 1999. It is aimed at promoting better understanding of and increasing awareness on issues pertaining to refugees and displaced persons, especially within the South Asian J context. SAR WATCH publishes articles and compositions on issues related to refugees and displaced persons within South Asian as well as other regions. In addition, information on workshops, fellowships etc. is also included in SARWATCH.
All articles submitted for publication are subject to peer review. Manuscripts must be typed double-spaced. Footnote, references or bibliography, if any, should be typed separately from the article and not at the bottom of the same page.
